WHAT YOU WILL DO?

• Preparation and execution of CRM campaigns in MS Dynamics 365 Marketing (e-mails, phone calls) on daily basis.
• Execution of text messages in a different tool.
• Creating and testing customer journeys in order to deliver the message to customers through a relevant channel.  
• Reporting, evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
• Test and learn new things connected to CRM tool.
• Cooperation with segment managers.
• Involvement to the corporate and brand communication with the knowledge of the Corporate Identity.
• Participating in different interesting projects.

YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in marketing position is big advantage.
• Familiar with campaign management or emailing tools, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Marketing or others.
• Technical person who likes working with such tools and wants to do new things.
• Reliable with technical skills and a keen eye for details.
• Good understanding of creative and written marketing communication.
• Very good command of the English language.
