Job Description

As an HR Solutions Manager you will be part of People Operations department and will be responsible for overseeing company´s HR IS systems and for managing maintenance, strategy and architecture of the system. The result of your good job will be that HR systems are working according expectations with relevant data quality.

  • Design and implement HR IS strategy
  • Lead HR IS integrations
  • Project management in HR digital transformation
  • Own the strategic HR systems and be the central interface to IT within HR
  • Perform technical trainings and change management
  • Reporting and analytics from HR IS systems - compile, analyse and interpret data
  • Identify and align requirements in collaboration with process IT systems owners
  • Identification and implementation of automatized solutions into standardized HR IS data process
  • Monitor performance and overseeing data quality in HR IS
  • Ensure secure data flow and GDPR compliance
  • Managing and resolving any issues related to HR IS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in HR or/and Information Technology, or other-related industry experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in a global organization, supporting IT systems either during an implementation or as ongoing operations
  • 3+ years implementing integration solutions with ERP software (Workday, PeopleSoft, HiBoB, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Taleo, Smart Recruiter or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems)
  • 3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
  • Strong analytical and solution driven skills with a high ability for data
  • Strong communication skill, in both written and verbal
  • Very good knowledge of HR Reporting and Metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of using excel for analysis
