Job Description

  • Preparation of consolidated statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Participation in monthly consolidation process of existing and newly acquired entities
  • Daily communication across organisation: business, finance, MnA, foreign subsidiaries
  • Cooperation with external consultants, preparation of documents and communication with auditors
  • Monitoring of IFRS standards and their amendments and implementing changes to internal accounting guidelines and accounting methodologies
  • Accounting/reporting of IFRS adjustments in the framework of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Cooperation on developing, deploying and reviewing of group reporting packages
  • Contributing to develop the group´s accounting manual and reporting guidelines
  • Implementation of the consolidation procedures and the intercompany set-up
  • Supporting the development of tools used in consolidation process
  • Participation and assisting in ad hoc projects, IFRS analysis

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS in multinational organizations
  • Experience in audit 
  • Good practical knowledge of IFRS
  • Fluent English and Czech language
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user (pivot tables, advanced filters)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Be proactive and open-minded in dynamic and fast-growing environment
