Job Description

THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...
IT Helpdesk Administrator has wide access role inside WAG infrastructure (MS Active Directory, O365, Security tools, etc.). The administrator also fulfills tasks given by other more senior IT members and participate in changes inside EW systems.

The position supports all tasks related to the end-user workplace (hardware and software) and fulfills tasks covering small tasks within wide infrastructure assets.

PART-TIME position.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Receiving requirements from end-users via defined channels and tools.
  • Evaluation, sorting, and forwarding requirements to further level of support.
  • Problem management of user troubles.
  • Preparation or updates of relevant documentation including end-user hardware.
  • Keeping KPIs defined by contracts, internal rules, or by manager.
  • Regularly reporting to manager.
  • Cooperation with all parties involved in requirements or tasks solution.

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED:

  • Secondary school or (running) university study in the area of information technology or similar.
  • At least 1 year of experience with providing IT services.
  • Communicative English language is mandatory, CZ language - at least B1 level.
  • Knowledge of operation systems MS Windows 7, 10, MS Office.
  • Orientation on mobile platforms and their installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, especially TCP/IP, and ways how to deploy operational systems.
  • Good communication skills, logical and analytical thinking.
  • Strong motivation with positive and constructive approach.
  • A systematic, responsible and assertive approach.
  • On Call emergency support.
