Job Description

Talent Acquisition Expert creates the framework for the recruitment process to find, attract and hire top talents for Eurowag. The collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners helps to implement the recruitment strategy to achieve a Company vision to make commercial road transport clean, fair and efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Set up a high-quality recruitment process focused on candidate experience and includes relevant “quality” checks (culture fit, reference and background checks, skills assessment).
  • Design and conduct surveys for evaluating candidate experience and analysing feedback for further improvements.
  • Be sure the policies and processes related to the recruitment process are always up to date and in line with our employer brand.
  • Know the recruitment agencies and job boards we collaborate with and manage them most effectively.
  • Be the most knowledgeable user of our ATS SmartRecruiters.
  • Decide where and when to participate in Job fairs and career days and arrange that.
  • Design the internship program and cooperate with universities to attract young talents.
  • Have the best overview of recruitment data, including data health checks and analysis of main recruitment metrics: pipeline diversity, hiring success, sources, and hiring plan.

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and understanding the recruitment process.
  • Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, comfortable multitasking and planning skills.
  • Digital mindset and previous work with ATS, Office 365, LinkedIn.
  • Open-minded personality ready to act autonomously and be a team player.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent English skills and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
