Job Description

You will manage Digital Finance Unit team (team of 3 people) and relations with external partners and providers.

YOU WILL:

• Visionary leader with expert-level knowledge of both finance processes and ERP systems, specifically SAP, making decisions in the best interest of the organization, user experience and the viability of executing the decision
• Managing all Digital/Automation activities within the Finance area in the company, cooperating with finance departments to deliver improvements
• Manage implementation of Coupa – phase 2
• Support RPA activities
• Approving new business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment and legal requirements
• Understanding the current business processes (in current ERP system) and leading the change management process to design effective processes in new ERP - SAP HANA
• Leading SAP implementation from business point of view with a high level of satisfaction and acceptability across all business hierarchies from top management to end users
• Ensuring that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to the specifications and business objectives
• Providing inputs to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
• Regularly reporting – providing status on Steering committee
• Managing team to plan and coordinate SIT and UAT tests
• Strong key stakeholder’s management (specifically with resp. to balancing expectations towards the new system and its functionalities)
• Managing relations with external partners and providers
• Acting as a liaison between the SAP implementation team and the business team

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED:

• Strong knowledge of SAP/deep business knowledge and insights
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Capable of resolving escalating issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Team working and strong management experience
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• English – proficiency level
