Job Description

As HR Data Analyst you will act as a central contact person for personnel cost & FTE management and planning process. You will be in charge of compensation and benefits data analytics and preparation.

YOU WILL:

• Prepare and implement HR budget forecast and ad hoc analysis for the different stakeholder groups to enable them to steer, take decisions and define actions
• HR KPIs, FTEs and Personnel cost monitoring, reporting and advisory
• Improve the existing personnel data and cost reporting tools and structures
• Strong collaboration with FP&A team (annual budget planning, shared guidelines, tools, methods, structures, aligned approach, etc.)
• Collaboration with HR Budget owners when it comes to the Central HR cost planning
• Financial month/year end activities inc. salaries, bonuses and vacation accruals/provisions calculation and evaluation
• Perform analysis and validation of data to provide accuracy and validity of critical business information
• Contributor to the Digital HR agenda execution and development
• Monitor efficiency, propose continuous improvement actions
• Adapting to new trends and technologies
• Quality cooperation with internal/ external stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in the similar field in the international environment
• Analytical skills paired with systematic approach
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills; experience with any other analytical tools is an advantage
• Ability to explain complex things in simple words to different audiences and stakeholders
• Business acumen and strong communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Client focus mindset and attitude
• Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage multiple competing priorities
• Very good communication skills in verbal and written
• Very good written and spoken English
