IT Business Analyst for area of our unique Toll and Telematics device is member of the Toll Solution Design Team, where all inputs from internal and external stakeholders are collected. The team has between 5 – 10 members and is managed as a forum of Analysts and Architects with high emphasis on collaboration and assertiveness.

The main IT Business Analyst’s responsibility is to have system based and process based understanding of the overall architecture with focus on assigned area and process. Based on this knowledge he/she makes decisions and designs solutions to be implemented with regard to overall fit in the ecosystem architecture.

Daily tasks will consist of requirements gathering and high-level impact/gap analysis of the requirement, requirement solution design, consultations and inputs for Management of the EW in order to maximize efficiency of cooperation between Business and Technical Teams.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Business/Certification Requirements Analysis

• Design of the E2E solution across applications or components aligned with IT and BU strategy

• Solution innovation ideas

• Business consultations

• User Acceptance Testing and Testing support

• Support for developers

• Designing Data migrations and mapping

• Key User training

• Incident Resolution Support

YOU'LL NEED:

• +3 years on position as IT/Business Analyst

• Fair understanding of modern communication HW/systems

• University Technical/Business Master’s Degree

• Advanced Czech and English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of IT Development Lifecycle – Waterfall & Agile

• Experience from Consulting or Audit is an advantage

• Strictly collaborative personality with attention to details and ability to see beyond the assigned process or system

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
