Main Purpose of the Role

  • To act as a catalyst across the entire station network having strong and clear mindset for the result;
  • To leverage the potential of the teams to maximize both sales and service performance in the stations.
  • To increase the revenue in all counter sales through Reservations done at the counter / Ancillary sales / Walk-in Rentals

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Delivery of Europcar service based sales program with location teams in conjunction with Performance Coach, Operations Managers and Station Managers
  • Assign monthly targets of sales per station breaking down with all different services and products of    ancillaries, Ups ales and walk ups, everything aligned with budget and forecast of the country and incentives EMG policies. Interact with RCM to provide insights of new targets.
  • Assure and control process of incentives payment with Administration and HR
  • Participate in EMG meeting associated with revenue management in representation of Country
  • Motivate and inspire location team members via focused attention on developing their service based sales techniques.
  • Ensure you support the Station leadership team to facilitate monthly goal setting and reviews for both station performance and individual team members.
  • To ensure continuous monitoring of Results by Station, by RSA, by product and by business segment.
  • Monitor performance, driving accountability with Station Leadership teams and individual team members.
  • Build plans with the Operations Managers and Station Leadership teams to address operational inefficiencies and support execution of plans.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis regarding performance to Operations Managers, Station Leadership teams and the broader business.
  • Identify and develop key team members as Ancillary Sales Champions where not in place at major locations.
  • Develop sales management knowledge and the identification of business opportunities;
  • Partner with Learning and Development and Operations Leadership teams to coordinate training schedules

Habilitações

 Skills and experience

  • Effective time management with the aim of ensuring that the tasks under your responsibility are completed.

  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret Company information/reports

  • Commercial awareness with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence internally and externally
  • Inside the QNQ level 3 – 12º Year - Secondary level
  • At least 2 years experience in the car rental, retail or hospitality highly advantageous
  • Excel skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability to travel
  • Solid knowledge of car rental business preferred
  • Leadership ability (preferably with experience)
  • Flexibility and adaptation to business needs
