Job Description

As Senior FP&A you will ensure that the CFO and the GEC have a clear and exact vision of the actual, budgeted and forecasted figures. You will lead the financial flow between countries, central controlling team and consolidation team for both P&L, Cash-flow and Balance sheet. You will provide analyses on the actuals, forecast and budget to the GEC, the board of directors and the financial market. You will also be responsible for the correct accounting and finance policies and procedures of the Group.

Main responsabilities :

  • Responsible of consolidated group reporting production (18 subsidiaries around the world and holdings) for GEC, Board of Director, financial market and internal clients
  • Responsible of quality of data under the scope of P&L, Balance sheet and Statistics 18 subsidiaries
  • Continuously improve of financial and operational processes through identifying and leveraging best practices
  • Main interlocutor for punctual needs in relation with the consolidation team, the treasure team and the legal team.
  • Assistance of subsidiaries during reporting process. Stakeholders are controlling managers and consolidation department
  • Work in a complete and demanding environment

Qualifications

Previous experience :

  • Minimal of 4 years of experience of which 2 in similar position financial controlling in an international company and 2 as an auditor
  • Cash-flow financial management is mandatory for this position

Education level / certificates: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting (BAC+5) or Business

Language : Excellent command of the English language, verbal & written

  • Experience working in international business environments;
  • Strong analytical and process skills;
  • Reliable: Following through on commitments, producing timely work to required – or higher - standards, and pitching in to get the job done
  • Proactive problem solving and identification of improvement actions;
  • Flexibility / Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • An eye for detail, commercially minded and passionate about adding value
  • Ability to work in a high pressured ever evolving environment
  • Knowledge of SAP FC will a good point. Excel and Powerpoint is mandatory
