Job Description

Main objectives  : 

  • Support the DPO and Compliance Director in its daily work
  • Participate to the implementation of the third parties’ assessment process (sanctions, anti-corruption and duty of care)
  • Other tasks based on the interests and skills of the relevant candidate

The post holder assists the Data Protection Officer in a number of tasks, including the following:

  • Advising the businesses on the definition and implementation of the compliance program (anti-bribery and anti-corruption, data protection & duty of care with a main focus on Third Party Assessment process)
  • Participating to the implementation of the Third Party Assessment Process: support to users, training, update of documentation, performance of due diligence in particular management of false positives and third parties at risk
  • Supporting the Compliance team in the implementation of the GRC tool (integration of the Group risks maps and assistance of the countries on implementation at local level)
  • Contributing to the preparation of meetings (in particular meeting of the Compliance Network) and workshops;
  • Drafting reports or minutes of meetings
  • Different tasks which may be required for the running of the Compliance Program (review of contract clauses, of code of conduct,...).

  • Internal: businesses of Europcar Mobility Group and in particular with the compliance network
  • External: services providers

 

Qualifications

Previous experience : A previous experience in compliance is welcome (not mandatory).

Education level / certificates : Diploma in data protection (GDPR) or in compliance  – master of law

Languages : Fluent in English

Computer skills and software used : Google’s Office suite

Personal characteristics : Systematic, organized, collaborative, with a proactive way of working, Enthusiastic team worker

Major area of competency necessary for success : Knowledge of Sapin II law, FCPA and UK bribery Act, Due Diligence process
