Description du poste

  • Hub between the Direct Sales function and Digital Marketing, CRM and Audiences teams to drive the Direct business needs, also with Revenue and Capacity Manager.
  • Develop commercial campaigns for nurture leads and increase the number of new business opportunities.
  • Report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Define tactical campaigns and promotional activities to solve, boost or bit-the-budget targets and coordinate the implementation with the stakeholders, inside eCommerce & Direct to Brand and RCM
  • Formulate campaign briefs based on a learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests and behavioural patterns with strong support of the Intelligence office and aligned with Audience guidelines.
  • Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications to establish a clear roadmap of the “how to” for the Digital Marketing and CRM teams.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other functional departments, delivering integrated marketing and sales activities that supports lead generation and provides opportunities to engage with clients.
  • Ensure eComm channels are fully briefed and kept up-to-date with all sales opportunities.
  • Problem solve with solutions that yield business impact.
  • Liaise closely with the Digital marketing, CRM and Audience teams to support commercial campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.


Previous experience : 

  • 3-5 years of eCommerce experience, retail or travel industry being a plus.
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience in an International environment.

Education level / certificates:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing/eCommerce or equivalent experience


  • English: completely Fluent (working language)

  • French: really useful

  • Other language: useful

Computer skills and software used:

  • Experienced with all universal software

Personal characteristics:

  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills

  • Good attention to detail, perfectionist 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
