Description du poste

Join a dynamic and passionate team and play a central role in leading direct to brand strategy for Europcar Mobility Group. Your main missions will be to increase direct sales revenue share by : 

  • Managing corporate Countries Ecommerce teams 

  • Leading the international commercial plan on all direct channels

You major areas of accountability will be :

  • Managing local e-commerce teams in 11 Corporate Countries:

    • Weekly performance steering

    • Create and coordinate action plans with local teams and group Digital marketing (Merchandising, SEA, SEO, CRM, Display, Affiliates..)

    • Team meetings and best practice sharing, One to One weekly calls

    • Reporting to local and group top management

  • Leading the global promotional plan on all channels:

    • create an annual multi-brand and multi-products planning for global promotions deployed on all corporate Countries and franchisees network

    • lead the global roadmap with group stakeholders : Revenue & Capacity Management, Merchandising, Online Marketing, local ecommerce teams, call centers

    • negotiate the best conditions according to seasonality and business needs

    • coordinate local promotional plans in order to promote the best destinations

    • report and analyze offers results and business impacts

  • Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels revenue & profit: 

    • Propose digital solutions and improved sales approach to sell more ancillaries online/upfront and coordinate the action plan to make this happen

Fixed-term contract from September 2020 to January 2021 (with a possibility of extension until March 2021)

Qualifications

Previous experience  : 5 years experience in eCommerce, E-merchandising and Pricing in an International Environment / Knowledge of Travel industry

Education level : Master degree in business school /web marketing/e-commerce or equivalent

Languages  : Fluent in English and French

Software skills :  Pack Office /Google Suite

Personal characteristics : 

  • Self starter, Business driven, Capacity to get things done, Autonomous

  • Excellent analytical skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of management, and to perform effectively as a team player

  • Capacity to work in a multicultural / international environment

  • Capacity to coordinate several projects at the same time
