• Perform and support next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including sample preparation, library preparation, sequencing, and data review
• Execute routine molecular biology assays, including DNA/RNA extraction, purification, quantification, qPCR, and digital PCR (dPCR)
• Generate quality data to support IND and/or BLA filings
• Communicate results and provide input to the team and project lead through meetings and in reports
• Perform quality control assessments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Follow established laboratory procedures, SOPs, and quality guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate results

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Bachelors in a scientific concentration
• Experience in Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies is required
• Experience with routine molecular biology assays, including nucleic acid extraction and qPCR/dPCR
• Strong skills in data interpretation and quality control
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Experience with GxP and working in a regulated lab environment

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with use of automation to generate data, perform data analysis, and notebook tracking to support test method execution
• Troubleshooting and reworking experiments based on data interpretation
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., weekend work might be expected. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
