Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Phối hợp với nhân viên phòng thí nghiệm và cấp quản lý để tổng hợp kế hoạch, tiến hành các hoạt động chất lượng và giám sát hiệu quả của các hoạt động liên quan đến hệ thống chất lượng (nhân sự, thiết bị, hóa chất, điều kiện môi trường, đảm bảo chất lượng, ...)./To work constructively with laboratory staff and senior management to summarize plan, conduct quality activities and monitor effectiveness of activities related to the quality system (personnel, equipment, chemicals, environmental conditions, ensuring quality, ...).
• Chuẩn bị mẫu QC cho các phép thử hóa học/ QC sample Preparation for chemical tests.
• Sử dụng kết quả QC và PT để xem xét cập nhật các phương pháp hóa học./ Use QC and PT result to review chemical methods.
• Phối hợp với nhân viên phòng thí nghiệm điều tra sự không phù hợp và xác định tính hiệu quả của các hành động khắc phục./ Investigating non-conformances and identifying effective corrective actions in collaboration with the laboratory staff.
• Hỗ trợ điều tra và giám sát việc giải quyết khiếu nại./ Supporting investigations and complaint treatment monitoring.
• Xác định rủi ro, cải tiến và cơ hội nhằm mục đích cải thiện quy trình quản lý và phòng thí nghiệm/ Identifying risks, improvements and opportunities with an aim to improve laboratory and management processes.
• Hỗ trợ cập nhật, phổ biến, đào tạo các quy trình, biểu mẫu chất lượng./ Support updating, disseminating and training quality processes and forms.
• Quản lý và lưu giữ hồ sơ nhà cung cấp và nhà thầu phụ. Thực hiện đánh giá định kỳ./Manage and maintain supplier and subcontractor record. Perform periodic assessments.
• Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện chương trình đánh giá nội bộ./ Planning and executing the internal audit program.
• Kiểm soát hồ sơ chất lượng/ Quality record control.
• Thu thập, tổng hợp và báo cáo các chỉ số chất lượng định kỳ theo yêu cầu của Tập đoàn hoặc Công ty./ To collect, summerize and report quality metrics periodly as the requirement of Group or Company.
• Hỗ trợ việc chuẩn bị và tham gia đánh giá công nhận và đánh giá của khách hàng./ To assist in the preparation for and taking part in accreditation assessments and customers’ audit.

• Trách nhiệm HSE

Tuân thủ các quy định, chính sách HSE của Công ty.

Nhận diện và báo cáo các mối nguy, sự cố và điều kiện không an toàn.

Thực hiện đúng quy trình làm việc an toàn và sử dụng PPE theo yêu cầu.

Hỗ trợ công tác kiểm tra, đào tạo và khắc phục các vấn đề HSE.

• HSE Responsibilities

Comply with company HSE policies and applicable regulations.

Identify and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

Follow safe work practices and required PPE.

Support HSE inspections, training, and corrective actions.

Yêu cầu:

• Có kiến thức về ISO/IEC 17025:2017/ Having knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017
• Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm kỹ thuật viên phòng thí nghiệm./ Have at least 02 years of experience as a technician in a laboratory & strong Chemical lab experience
• Tiếng Anh: Thành thạo 4 kỹ năng (TOEIC 600 hoặc tương đương)/  English: Proficient in 4 skills (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)

• Giao tiếp rõ ràng và chính xác với khả năng nhận biết nhu cầu dung hòa giữa sự tuân thủ và tính thực tế trong công việc với tất cả nhân viên./ To communicate clearly and concisely with the ability to recognise the need to reconcile compliance and practicality in dealings with all staff.
• Có tinh thần học hỏi và chủ động trong công việc./ Have the spirit to learn and be proactive in work.
• Kỹ năng excel và MS Word tốt/ Good at excel and MS Word skills.
