Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational success. This role requires a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, champion employee engagement initiatives, and provide strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and employment legislation.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities and strategic workforce planning to ensure current and future business needs are met.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
- Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs to build leadership pipelines and support employee growth.
- Partner with leaders to manage performance, identify capability gaps, and create targeted development plans.
- Review, update, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
- Support learning and development strategies that enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Deliver HR-related training, workshops, and employee orientation programs.
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with payroll and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and talent management principles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee and business needs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to build, improve, and scale HR processes and programs.
