Job Description
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting the Global Marketing team based in Dublin, Ireland, helping ensure a consistent brand experience across the Eurofins network. Working with colleagues around the world, you will coordinate marketing operations, support international projects and help deliver engaging events and communications.
While this position sits within the Marketing team, its primary focus is on marketing coordination, project support, brand management and internal communications rather than campaign creation or product marketing.
In this role, you will:
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Eurofins corporate brand identity, including brand guidelines, templates and marketing standards, while assisting local teams with their adoption.
Support the integration and brand transition of newly acquired companies into the global Eurofins brand.
Coordinate international marketing events and conferences, including venue selection, participant registration, logistics, agenda preparation and on-site organisation.
Organise internal webinars by managing scheduling, testing technical platforms, coordinating presentations and gathering participant feedback.
Maintain the global marketing resource database, including stock image libraries, brand assets and marketing contact directories for colleagues across our global business.
Keep key marketing and communication materials up to date, including presentations, brochures, posters, flyers and other corporate collateral.
Manage and update the internal marketing & communications resource platform to ensure colleagues have access to the latest templates, tools and materials.
Act as a first point of contact for enquiries received by the Global Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring requests are directed to the appropriate colleagues.
Support corporate communications by reviewing and proofreading English-language content submitted by teams across the Eurofins network.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide flexible support for a variety of marketing and communication initiatives as business needs evolve.

You will work closely with colleagues across several functions, including corporate communications, employer branding, and contribute to international projects that have a visible impact across the network.
Qualifications
Education: Graduated with a master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or science (or similar).
Languages: Fluent proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other languages, is considered a plus.
Soft skills: Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks, with an ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience within a B2B environment, a corporate role or a professional service organisation.
IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of design programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Adobe Acrobat Professional is a plus.
