Job Description
POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
Real Estate Data & Systems Management
- Manage and maintain Group real estate databases and reporting tools
- Ensure continuous update of site data (lease terms, financial and administrative information)
- Create and monitor real estate projects in dedicated systems
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in line with defined KPIs
- Prepare dashboards and validate data outliers
- Maintain and update real estate documentation and guidelines
Cost Controlling & Reporting
- Prepare and analyse periodic real estate reporting at Group level
- Monitor and control real estate expenses (rent, service charges, building costs)
- Develop dashboards to support benchmarking and cost optimisation initiatives
- Provide input to IFRS 16 reporting for lease accounting
Lease Agreements & Governance
- Support operational teams in reviewing lease agreements and amendments
- Monitor critical lease dates (renewals, break options, exits)
- Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of real estate policies and guidelines
- Support the roll-out of lease management standards
- Process Improvement & Projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and reporting solutions
- Support automation and digitalisation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, data models)
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data quality, reporting, and governance
- Actively identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process standardisation
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams
- Provide guidance and support on real estate data, reporting, and processes
- Ensure alignment between local inputs and Group requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or consulting
- Exposure to automation, process improvements, or digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, scripting)
- Experience in real estate or lease management is a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools (required)
- Knowledge of databases or automation (e.g. VBA, BI tools) is an advantage
- Understanding of IFRS 16 principles is a plus
