The Business & Operations Talent Acquisition team is hiring! To support the fast and sustainable growth of Eurofins companies, the team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the corporate support office in Brussels, Belgium. In this role you will not only be an ambassador of the Eurofins network but also a trusted recruiting partner whose main goal will be to attract best-in-class executive candidates to Eurofins companies across Europe.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: 

  • Be responsible for the entire talent acquisition / recruitment cycle, from the creation of the position description to signing of the offer letter by the candidate;
  • Manage the recruitment of business leaders for Eurofins companies across different business lines in Europe;
  • Partner with internal clients and research associates and drive the strategy, process, and timelines as it relates to candidate identification and development;
  • Conduct research which may include networking, identifying applicant associations / pools / professional groups, and alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies  /individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;
  • Own all aspects of candidate recruitment including setting strategy, crafting a message, leading calls / video interviews, networking, developing, and building relationships with candidates, and advising the internal clients on the potential candidates;
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to enable business managers and hiring managers to be well-informed on the current market conditions.

Qualifications

Background

  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with a strong background in candidate sourcing, delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments, including passive candidates sourcing for open roles, market mapping and creating / maintaining talent pools. Of those, minimum 2 years of full cycle middle-to-senior level recruitment experience in an agency (Executive Search) or in-house recruitment within a corporate environment is desirable;
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Confident using analytical tools and Boolean searches to identify candidates.

Education

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related field.

Languages

  • Fluent in English, as this will be your main language of communication;
  • An additional European language could be valuable.
