Job Description

The IT Infrastructure PMO Analyst is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of small-to-medium IT Infrastructure projects while supporting PMO and governance activities across the IT Transformation Programme.

The role combines hands-on project management responsibilities with portfolio reporting, KPI monitoring, Jira administration, governance support, tenants migration tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will independently manage assigned projects while contributing to the overall effectiveness and maturity of project delivery practices across the IT organization.

Manage and deliver small-to-medium IT Infrastructure projects according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Support larger transformation initiatives through governance, reporting, and PMO activities.
Define project scope, identify required resources, develop project plans, and monitor execution.
Coordinate project activities across infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation.
Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate when appropriate.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
Coordinate transition-to-operations activities and ensure project deliverables are successfully handed over to support teams.
Prepare project governance materials, status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Produce and maintain project portfolio reporting and delivery KPIs.
Coordinate tenant migration activities and track Out-of-Legacy initiatives across supported environments.
Generate operational and project delivery statistics to support management decision-making.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives and delivery best practices.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes, and organizational policies.
Foster collaboration and effective communication across technical and business teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
3–7 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably within infrastructure, cloud, workplace, network, or transformation environments.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and project management tools.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure environments and project delivery methodologies, supporting infrastructure, cloud migration, workplace modernization, or transformation projects.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, and portfolio management processes.
Preferred Qualifications: CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
