Job Description
The project coordination department is the link between our clients, the account managers, the various laboratories and our own transport service. In this respect, you are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the services we provide.
What will you do as Project Coordinator?
As project coordinator, you work within the customer support team and you are responsible for realising an optimal service to Eurofins' clients, monitoring the process of correct order processing, the progress of projects and timely reporting of analysis results.
You advise clients on the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, packaging and preservation options, pricing, our logistical service and explain the analytical backgrounds and deadlines required for projects. You also carefully coordinate incident reports and their handling.
In short: you monitor the process progress of projects and during the process, you are the first point of contact for the customer and the various laboratories.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as bio-technology or (bio)chemistry
- You are strongly customer-oriented and strive to provide optimal service;
- A proactive, solution-oriented and quality-conscious attitude;
- You can prioritize well and make informed decisions;
- You are stress-resistant and flexible in your approach to ad hoc situations;
- You communicate clearly and purposefully in English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.

- A full-time (39hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
