Join our team as a Campus Recruiter and play a key role in attracting and hiring high-potential early-career talent for corporate positions. This role offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment processes while growing in a fast-paced and international environment. 

Location: Brussels, Belgium 
Starting date: September 2026 
Contract type: Permanent 

As part of the Campus Recruitment team, you will help attract, select, interview, hire, and onboard early-career talent. You will primarily recruit interns and recent graduates for various corporate and business support departments in Brussels, Belgium, while occasionally supporting recruitment processes across the global Eurofins network. 

In this role, you will: 

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and recent graduates, acting as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers. 

Identify and connect with high-potential talent through recruitment platforms, university partnerships, career fairs, and social media channels. 

Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

Support the promotion of internship and entry-level opportunities through employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives. 

Contribute to recruitment strategy projects and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. 

Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team and the wider Talent Acquisition team based in different locations across the network. 

Participate in university events, career fairs, workshops, and networking initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications

You combine strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels, confident in presentations and public speaking, and motivated to connect talent with the right opportunities. 

You are highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. 

Background & education: 

Around 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources (HR). Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources Management, or a related field. 

Languages: 

Full professional proficiency in English is required, as it will be your primary language of communication. Additional languages are highly valued. 

Technical skills: 

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is considered an asset.
