Ensure software quality by designing test plans, creating test cases, performing manual/automated tests, and debugging issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing: Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and verify software bugs using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaboration: Work with developers to resolve issues and ensure software meets requirements.
• Quality Standards: Ensure software meets usability and performance standards.
• Environment Setup: Set up and manage test environments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, C#, and API testing.
• Automation Tools: Experience with Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
