Job Description
This position supports our existing Canadian legal entities across the country, as well as supports further acquisitions and growth. Reporting directly to the Finance Director within the Canadian National Service Centre, this positon will be focused on supporting legal administrative processes for all Canadian Eurofins businesses, including Quebec-based sites.

General Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate legal documentation as needed and interfacing with third-party legal on requests
- Accurately review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update internal corporate files and documents.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- Directly communicates with corporate head office, business unit leaders, and 3rd party counsel
- Assists with ad hoc projects concerning a variety of corporate, real estate, bank and business matters
- Manage AODA compliance and annual filing for all BUs
- NSC Health & Safety Representative – ensure workplace compliance
- Administer all requested ISUID updates and ensure system data is current and up to date
- Monthly review and management of utilities expenses
- Lead Concur support administration and system management
- Prepare quarterly reporting such as Comfort Letters
- Coordinating internal controls reporting with various stakeholders
- Manage Corporate Credit Card program
- Provide month- end reports for the staff accounting team such as concur reports
- Prepare annual carbon footprint emission reporting
- Complete Ad hoc Statistic Canada Survey request
- Maintain diverse listings for the NSC (electronic assets, tax information, companies’ codes, real estate sites)
- Provide monthly upcoming calendar to the business leaders
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a professional office setting is required.
- Bilingual –Fluent in English and French is mandatory
- High level of technical competency and skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Kodax Power PDF Software with aptitude to learn new software quickly
- High level of detail orientation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization/document management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, diligence, high ethical standards, and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to organize, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
