Job Description

A Customer Service Administrator supports the customer service team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role combines customer interaction with office and data management duties.

  • Trách nhiệm chung (General Duties)
  • Manage manual TAT tasks on eLIMs / Quản lý các tác vụ TAT thủ công trên hệ thống eLIMs, đảm bảo đạt KPI của công ty
  • Control status and responsible staff for each project on eLIMs / Kiểm soát trạng thái và nhân sự phụ trách cho từng dự án trên eLIMs
  • Send daily report lists to other departments to ensure timely release to customers / Lập danh sách các báo cáo đến hạn gửi hàng ngày cho các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo không thiếu sót báo cáo
  • Create invoice template in eLIMs / Hỗ trợ phát hành hóa đơn trên hệ thống eLIMs
  • Handle subcontract submission, including internal and external / Xử lý hồ sơ/đề nghị thầu phụ, bao gồm nội bộ và bên ngoài
    • Coordinate with CS team to support complete purchasing process from subcontractors/suppliers in COUPA system / Hỗ trợ quy trình thanh toán liên quan đến nhà thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp trên hệ thống COUPA​​​​​​​
  • Upload reports to system / Tải báo cáo lên hệ thống
  • Create client accounts in CRM / Tạo tài khoản khách hàng trên CRM
  • Generate quotation in CONLIMS / Lập báo giá trên hệ thống CONLIMS
  • Create claim expenses in Fast / Tạo đề nghị thanh toán/hoàn ứng chi phí trên Fast
  • Receive and send final contracts and returned samples by courier / Nhận và gửi hợp đồng, mẫu trả lại khách hàng
  • Follow up on stationery usage in CS team and arrange new purchases when needed / Theo dõi việc sử dụng và mua mới văn phòng phẩm, đồng thời hỗ trợ lưu trữ hồ sơ trong kho gọn gàng
  • Support other administrative tasks related to LEAN/5S or company general procedures when required / Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính khác liên quan đến LEAN/5S hoặc các quy trình chung của công ty khi cần
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager / Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của giám sát

Qualifications

Yêu cầu (Requirements)

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):  

Fresh graduate or 6-month experience in Customer Service or Testing is an advantage/ Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có 6 tháng kinh nghiệm trong Dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc Kiểm Nghiệm là một lợi thế

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):   

Graduated from College / Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):  

English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking – Basic level. / Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết và Nói – Cơ bản.

Khác (Others):  

Work independent, team work and Microsoft office skill/ Làm việc độc lộc, làm việc nhóm và kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng

Good communication is in advantage/ Giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 5 days/week, 8h/day
