Job Description
In this role you will support the daily operations of the Finance and Controlling department, gaining hands‑on experience across key financial processes. You will have the opportunity to work on month‑end closing activities, financial analysis, corporate governance and internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Assist the team in preparing basic financial analyses, with a strong focus on process optimization and developing new solutions.
- Working with Excel, including handling larger data sets and supporting the development of simple Excel tools (e.g., basic VBA macros).
- Assisting in verifying and reviewing accounting entries alongside the financial controller.
- Generating and archiving regular reports from the accounting system.
- Supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Support in preparing data for GUS (Central Statistical Office) reports.
- Providing support in corporate governance processes, including the organization and archiving of resolutions and agreements within the internal system.
- Assisting in the execution of internal control activities.
Qualifications
Your background/Qualifications
- Student or graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, preferably with VBA.
- Communicative English.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Hourly availability, minimum 20 hours per week!
