Job Description
The Head of Marketing EAS is responsible for the global governance of marketing activities and internal communication for Eurofins AgroScience Services. This position plays a pivotal role in driving European marketing activities and focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth in. A key priority is to support the development of new markets for EAS, leveraging digital marketing, market intelligence, and targeted campaigns to expand our reach and customer base. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders to enable sales and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Marketing Governance
- Ensure alignment with Eurofins corporate marketing guidelines and maintain EAS corporate identity.
- Manage EAS website and internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters).
- Conduct customer surveys and feedback campaigns.
- Monitor competition and provide industry market intelligence.
Digital Marketing & Global Presence
- Ensure state-of-the-art digital presence through SEO, paid ads, and analytics-driven improvements.
- Develop digital strategies for emerging markets tailored to local requirements.
Regional Marketing Leadership (RBL Europe)
- Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy to support EAS EU business and sales activities.
- Implement a lead funnel and processes for managing leads and opportunities, supporting new business development.
- Organize and manage conference and event activities; represent EAS at key industry events.
- Support RBL Europe with marketing activities aligned to business needs, market trends, and competitor actions.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to understand business and market dynamics.
Budget & Cost Management
- Oversee own cost center and manage expenses according to annual budget plans.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in marketing roles, ideally within B2B and life sciences industries.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, analytics).
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation processes.
- Ability to manage events and conferences.
- Personal Attributes:
- High learning agility and adaptability.
- Strong attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
