    Job Description

    Are you ready to lead dynamic marketing strategies that fuel real business growth? We’re looking for a Product and Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a comprehensive portfolio of Electrical & Electronics Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.

    In this role, you’ll be driving 360-degree marketing campaigns — from strategy and execution to monitoring and optimization to strengthen awareness, demand, and lead generation. This position will be part of a global team and has strong potential for growth, where the focus will be on unlocking the existing potential for business growth in North America and beyond.

    Product and Growth Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

     

    • Lead marketing efforts in a fast-evolving and competitive industry.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the growth initiatives of the business.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and our unique value propositions.
    • Manage the positioning and messaging of our business, portfolio offering, and value proposition through all content and marketing platforms.
    • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across website, email, short form content, long form content, social media, events, and more.
    • Ideate and develop compelling creatives to push engagement.
    • Leverage core marketing tools to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Manage vendors and agencies to support and accelerate marketing initiatives.
    • Manage and optimize marketing budget.
    • Work cross-functionally with local and global marketing, sales, and technical teams to create impactful marketing materials and monitor pipeline activities.

    Qualifications

    Basic Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5-8 Years experience in a Digital Marketing Role
    • B2B Experience
    • Background in the TIC industry or a Technical industry is preferred but not required
    • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and tools (CRM, SEO, SEM, Automation, Analytics, etc.)
    • Lead Generation and Branding
    • Growth & Performance Marketing
    • Product Marketing
    • Content Marketing
    • Ability for up to 15% travel
    • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

    Additional Information

    Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
