Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Perform analytical testing of medium to high complexity on drug substance/drug product using instrumentation including, but not limited to, compendial testing (e.g. description, EP color/clarity, VOI, osmolality), pH, HIAC, MFI, HPLC, UPLC, icIEF, GC, TOC, Karl Fischer, FTIR, UV, LC/MS, and NMR.
• Initiate deviations and participate in conducting investigations
• Document test results in notebooks and reports

• Bachelor's or M.S. degree in chemistry, biology, or related fields with at least 1 year of industry experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in learning new techniques, multitasking, record-keeping, following instructions, and complying with company policies
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply

• Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
• Base pay range: $20.78 - $22.95 based on degree and level of relevant experience
