  • Monitor organizational developments among key clients and maintain contact with decision-makers in courts and investigative services.
  • Track competitors’ pricing, policies, and strategies, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and respond to governmental tender opportunities, including preparing business plans with cost, sales forecasts, and profit projections.
  • Lead and develop the commercial and marketing team, ensuring coordinated collaboration with laboratories and the use of modern tools tailored to the French medico-legal market.
  • Analyze business data and maintain a KPI dashboard to track performance, customer retention, and feedback.
  • Support ELE in customer follow-up, DSO management, and debt collection.
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that promotes Eurofins’ forensic labs and differentiates our services from competitors.
  • Build and manage the French forensic website and digital communication tools to meet customer expectations.
  • Support BCMA in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in forensic and adjacent sectors.

  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, or marketing—ideally within forensic, scientific, or judicial sectors.
  • Strong track record in a similar role or as a Commercial Director in a complex customer/offer environment.
  • Excellent comprehension of the B2G French market.
  • Deep knowledge of the French judicial system, police services, and judicial investigation methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
