• Support dashboards focused on production activities and client operations
• Dashboard development and maintenance with experience in PowerBi, Tableau and Spotfire
• Perform review of scientific data to develop new dashboards and maintain existing dashboards across various platforms
• Coordinate activities and support client-facing meetings
• Present data in client facing meetings and address stakeholder needs for improved visualizations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs; report any quality or other anomalies
• Participate in required training activities

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, support, and monitor performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met
• Coordinate with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines
• Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team
• Manage time off and payroll entries of the team
• May participate in new hire interviews
• Support the on-boarding process of new employees
• Participate in training of other employees

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline
• Mastery of PowerBi, Tableau and Spotfire with ability to troubleshoot
• Experience with Python
• Ability to query data in SQL
• 1+ years of customer or client-facing experience 
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of process operations 
• Professional leadership experience 
• Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask
• Ability to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
• Candidates located within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply

• Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Compensation range is based on experience $32-40.
