Accounts Administrator
We are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team in Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. An organised professional, who enjoys solving issues to the very end, enthusiastic and looking to be part of a close knit team.

Job Description
The main responsibilities for Accounts Administrator are to support the credit control function in addition to other ad hoc projects in the accounts department. Assist with invoicing and with processing of receipts to ensure accurate up to date debtors management across various entities and feed into the month end process as necessary.
Specific Tasks
- Use of Laboratory Information Management Systems in place in the laboratory.
- Help achieve departmental goals & objectives.
- To be aware and to be compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department (Training record, SOP’s, Forms).
- Handling calls from direct customers whom wish to pay by credit card.
- Processing all payments in a timely manner.
- Provide ad hoc support in various miscellaneous accounts projects as required by the Management Accountant and Finance Director.
- Assisting in supporting accounts receivable tasks as required, including customer queries and invoicing.
Qualifications
Education
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer services environment an advantage
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role a distinct advantage
- Enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
