Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Act as a trainer, and troubleshooter to specific department, make recommendations for operational and/or technical improvements
• Communicate effectively within the group
• Coach and develop direct reports, plan and monitor workflow, ensure scheduling needs are met
• Demonstrate and strengthen leadership qualities
• Responsible for the direct management of the non-leadership employees in the department

• Drive shuttle with passengers around the campus as needed.

• Assist with keeping the property clean by assisting with trash that accumulates on the campus grounds.

  Conduct safety check of interior and exterior of vehicle

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Clean driving record

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, positive attitude, and always conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner

• Ability to follow instructions, learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies

• Previous supervisory experience a plus.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• At least  3yrs driving experience

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Positions are full-time, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
