Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Process Development Associate will be responsible for performing multiple tasks within the Process Development group in support of biologics manufacturing process. The associate will perform a variety of responsibilities in both a team and individual setting. This position is an on-site position.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set-up and perform routine maintenance and calibration on critical instrumentation
  • Buffer preparation
  • Operate automated processes including process monitoring

Qualifications

BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS degree in biological or related sciences
  • 2 years of relevant industrial lab experience 
  • Effective oral and written communications
  • Strong problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience making buffers
  • Experience setting up and cleaning equipment
  • At least one year of laboratory experience
  • Understanding of lab equipment up to 50L
