We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join Eurofins IT Hub in Riga, where you will play a pivotal role in planning and managing IT infrastructure projects as part of an IT Transformation Programme.

🤖 Experience, knowledge & skills 🤖

• You have proven experience successfully leading infrastructure projects
• You have a background in technical position (e.g. System Engineering, System Administration, IT Security, IT Ops)
• Proficiency in using Jira (or similar project management software) 
• Strong technical understanding of the infrastructure aspects of IT projects
• Experience with Microsoft environment including Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and M365
• Excellent knowledge of security practices and complying with them
• Experience working in an Agile environment, good knowledge of Agile practices
• You are proactive and take ownership
• You can motivate others and can effectively communicate with stakeholders of various levels
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours
• You have great communication skills and excellent English

• Lead various projects with dedicated, motivated, and knowledgeable technical teams
• Work as a part of a supportive PM team
• Work on infrastructure segregation and IT security-related projects
• Make sure every step of the project is well-documented
• Make tech decisions together with the team and other stakeholders, following the strategy 
• Make sure the project is going according to the timeline, update stakeholders on the progress
• Effectively communicate with your team, colleagues, stakeholders, and management
