Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference? Join our dynamic team and become a project Manager in Quality, Health and Safety. You will play a crucial role in developing cross functional performance management reports, frameworks, and tools, while also coordinating the Quality, Health and Safety teams.

This position focuses on the set up and continuous improvement of tools measuring the Quality and Health and safety performances of Eurofins laboratories.

Coordinating the Quality, Health and Safety communities involves organising regular webinars and developing toolboxes that will be made available to the Quality and Health and Safety Champions in Eurofins’ Network of laboratories.

Your Mission:

  • Power up our data: Analyse internal proficiency test data and create insightful reports using Power BI.
  • Harmonise our processes: Organise and implement standardised proficiency test schemes across our global network.
  • Lead our Quality community: Organise regular meetings, create performance reports, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote health and safety: Contribute to webinars, create resources, and support our health and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy: Monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a STEM subject, Management, or Economics. Familiarity with ESG topics is highly appreciated.

Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

Personal skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with AI and Power BI is a plus.

Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Starting date: January 2025, flexible.

Duration of the programme: 12 months.
