Job Description

Eurofins' Group Talent Acquisition focuses on recruiting business leaders for the Group's companies and business lines. As a Talent A Sourcing Specialist you will play a key role in defining search strategies, identifying, contacting and screening of candidates. In close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers/Specialists you will ensure that each recruitment has a solid longlist of potential candidates in order to allow for successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering searches by creating sourcing strategy by using databases, on-line tools and Eurofins ATS
  • Conducting thorough market research to navigate key companies and build accurate pipeline
  • Identification of candidates, across sectors, qualification, based on position description
  • Sourcing and screening active and passive candidates
  • Publishing advertisements and screening ad responses
  • Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
  • Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database and regular updates

Qualifications

  • Please note that this is an entry level position: 1 - 2 years experience in a recruitment space (agency or internal)
  • Ideally must be based in Belgium, but we are open to candidates from the UK or Ireland 
  • Accurate, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Bias for action, ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, goal and solution driven
  • Eager learner and a team player
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor or Master's degree
