Eurofins Professional Scientific Service® (PSS) is a global insourcing solution for our customers. Together with the customer, we define a project for the required services that our Eurofins employees should provide at the customer's location. During the ongoing project, the responsibility for project management, the previously defined laboratory services and the deployment of our employees in this project lies with Eurofins PSS.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated scientist who has experience with biopharmaceutical finished products and is able to optimize processes with scale-down models in the area of fill-finish and lyophilization.

• Perform laboratory experiments including planning, execution, documentation and data evaluation, all according to the required quality standards
• Collect, prepare and distribute samples/data in coordination with other departments
• Operation of complex instruments and processing/preparation of raw data
• Create and maintain records within internal documentation systems
• Communication of results to project team in the form of a report or presentation
• Revise technical documents, including operating procedures, test or process protocols, and reports
• Support maintenance of the laboratory infrastructure, order, safety and stock of supplies
• Maintain laboratory equipment according to specific quality standards
• Supporting digitalization efforts

• MSc degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Biology
• 2-3 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Practical work experience with sterile filtration, dosing, filling, and lyophilization of biopharma products
• Familiar with protein analytics, e.g. HPLC (size exclusion, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of GxP and associated quality and validation systems
• Strong skills in data analysis, trending, reporting/presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data processing Software (e.g., JMP or R)
• Hands-on experience in lab equipment maintenance
• Experience in project-oriented, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in German
