Eurofins EAG Laboratories has over 20+ locations, and offers over 40 years experience in materials testing services. With 2,500 instruments worldwide we can scale to your demand, meet time constraints and ensure client confidentiality.

Eurofins EAG Japan entity has main office at Tokyo Kanda and laboratory in Kawasaki- Kanagawa Prefecture, covering all of material testing services using SIMS, TEM, GDMS, or other instrumental analytics working with US laboratories and Shanghai laboratories.

• Handle group entities’ Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings with external counsel in a timely manner

外部司法書士と連携しグループ会社の取締役会、株主総会対応

• Draft and review JP/EN contracts (service agreement, NDA etc.)

日英契約書ドラフト、レビュー（業務委託契約書、NDA等）

• Provide legal support and resolve potential disputes in partnership with internal stakeholders

国内ステークホルダーからの法的問題解決

• Work directly with headquarters to execute global projects

本社と連携したグローバルプロジェクト遂行

• Closely partner with NSC members to improve service function for group entities

NSCメンバーと連携したグループ会社へのサービス機能改善

• Maintain and update group entities’ information in global corporate database

社内システムを使用したグループ会社の会社情報管理

Must have / 必須

• At least 5 years of working experience in corporate legal department

企業法務部での実務経験5年以上

• Fluent level of business English skill in reading, writing, and speaking

ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き及び会話

あると好ましい/Nice to have

• Experiences at non-Japanese company
