As a Scientist working within the protein biochemistry group, you will be supporting recombinant protein expression activities. You will be:

• Responsible for ensuring and or performing timely data generation.
• Supervising/training in a matrix setting technicians, and other scientists in techniques related to the area of expertise.
• Actively participating and presenting lab results in internal meetings, ensuring quality interpretation and extensive quality check of raw data.
• Ensuring highest ethical standards, good scientific practices & data integrity are implemented in daily scientific activities.
• Participating in weekly lab meetings.

• PhD in Life Sciences with +2 years of postdoctoral or pharmaceutical industry experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Wide expertise in Molecular Biology, recombinant protein expression and protein biochemistry
• Additional experience in laboratory automation, microbiology and/or immunology is an asset
• Fluent communication skills in English. French is a plus but not a must. 
• Result-oriented, rigorous and structured.
• Dynamic, positive, and curious. Open to change/able to easily adapt to changes in the workplace.
