Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for setting up and implementing the HR policy, which is in line with the objectives of Eurofins Agro. In the role of HR Manager, you determine the HR strategy together with the team. You are part of the Management Team Eurofins Agro and are sparring partner for the management. You are responsible for optimizing the HR services, processes and systems. In addition, you take care of the development and implementation of leadership development, absence management, recruitment policy, succession management, talent management and sustainable employability.
A key responsibility is culture change and supporting leadership growth within the organization. You will continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in HR processes. You will manage a team of four HR professionals and report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor or Academic level, preferably focused on HRM or Business Administration,
- Minimum of 10 years work experience in a similar position,
- Experience in developing an HR vision and strategy,
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field (e.g. labor law, pension legislation),
- Knowledge of employment conditions and experience with collective bargaining is an advantage,
- Proven ability to stimulate culture change and leadership development,
- Experience with implementation succession management, talent management and other relevant HR processes,
- Decisive, pragmatic and results-oriented,
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English,
- Through your enthusiasm and positivity you can bring people along in change processes,
- Extensive experience in inspiring, guiding and coaching employees.
