• Knowledge of Cleaning Validation, Swabs, General Analytical techniques including but not limited to plate-based absorbance measurements/Plate Reading, gel electrophoresis, TOC (total organic content), Conductivity testing, IC (ion chromatography) and HPLC. Perform all testing alongside team. 4-hour TAT Swabs.
• Document experimental results in designated format notebooks/reports/SmartLab
• Support general laboratory operations on four ten-hour night shifts
• Ensure performance, coordinate coverage Mon-Thursday and Wed-Saturday shifts
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
• Foster morale and teamwork

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
