Job Title : Principal Associte - IT / Application Support Engineer

• In this role, you will be part of the OneIT team in India where you will serve as the owner and driver of complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects.
• Your responsibilities  will include application development / maintenance of key IT projects in the region. You will also provide support and assist with the maintenance (L2 and L3 support) of the existing application landscape for the region.
• You will be required to collect the necessary application inventory, infrastructure architecture and business IT applications flows during project execution. You will also have to collaborate with other Eurofins teams to ensure the smooth delivery of key IT projects.
• You will be required to create/maintain basic project plans and execute as outlined in the plan. You should be able to escalate and highlight key blockers in time.
• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Contribute to the design, development, troubleshoot, test and document a windows/web-applications.
• Manage projects from conception to closure.
• Manage key project stakeholders including – technical architects, upstream/downstream application teams, IT infrastructure team, key business leaders, testing teams etc.

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• B. Tech/BE/ MCA/M Sc (CS).
• Minimum working experience of 5-8 years.
• Exposure to Scrum processes or any Agile development methodology.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills at both management and non-management levels.
• Agile technical project management skills.
• Proactively identify potential downstream impacts.

Technical Skills

• Relevant experience of minimum 5-8 years using Microsoft technologies e.g. C# .net, SQL, Power BI, SSRS, Power Automate, Sharepoint etc.
• Experience of software enhancement in Azure will be preferred – CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience working with key enhancements like – WebAPI development / maintenance, report / interfaces development, customisations and enhancements etc.
• Interest and ability to learn emerging technologies as needed.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and Object Oriented Design principles.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices – version management (TSF, GIT).
• Strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures.
• Strong analytical and advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel), to generate reports.

• MBA / PG Diploma in business administration
