Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Create and maintain the item Material Master Data for different categories in the area of Purchasing
• Create and maintain Vendor Master Data in source system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and in Purchasing system (Coupa)
• Perform the on-going maintenance of Master Data
• Monitor data quality and consistency
• Ensure on time delivery of Master Data to support Purchasing activities and Accounting activities
• Provide daily customer service
• Support Purchasing System Implementation by on time delivery of high quality Master Data

Your experience and skills:

• University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Data Management role
• English (fluent written and spoken), any other foreign language will be an asset
• Analytical skills, multitasking, experience in working with complex data
• Good overall computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel)
• VBA and/or Python scripting and optimization skills would be an asset
• Experience in working with ERP systems will be an advantage
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving oriented
• Customer Service mindset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fast learner
