Job Description

Ensure efficient and compliant Long-Term Incentives (LTIs) management:

  • Manage the global LTIs process in an efficient and compliant manner, liaise with external providers, custodians and/or leadership to launch, monitor and follow up on the existing and ad-hoc LTI plans and act as the main point of contact internally & externally for all LTI-related matters.
  • Ensure LTI-related processes are documented in a globally standardised manner. 
  • Prepare and implement LTI budgets and grant allocations.  
  • Ensure smooth and courteous daily administrative management of LTIs (validation of exercises and keeping track of those exercises in internal files; punctual follow-up of the shared mailbox on LTI, etc.).  
  • Proactively improve the strategic roadmap design, implementation, and roll-out of annual review process in the Annual Review Process (ARP) Tool, as well as other global solutions that are part of the ARP Tool landscape.
  • Leverage LTI expertise to support the gathering of stakeholders and beneficiaries’ feedback and design/validation of user requirements for the ARP Tool.
  • Support the solution owner and project manager in liaising with the LTI module and interface with custodian.

Annual Review Process (ARP) endorsement support

  • Coordinate the creation of ARP documentation bundles and provide clear instructions to the GSC HR Controllers team for them to prepare these.
  • Review the Annual Compensation Summary Forms and Target Review/Settings Forms overviews and reports to identify any issues or outliers and collaborate with colleagues and/or leaders or ARP Reporters to resolve them swiftly.
  • Provide daily status updates on the ARP process to leadership

C&B projects

  • Collaborate on a variety of projects in relation to Group Compensation & Benefits; review processes and propose improvements/optimisation; develop, recommend and administer approved policies and procedures.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as requested by the Remuneration Committee and top management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business, with an excellent academic track record
  • Proven experience in designing and managing LTIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both at business and technical level, with strong multi-tasking, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented team player,able to work in a fast-evolving and fast-paced environment and act as a role model to other team members
  • Able to complete quality analytical work on a timely basis with a great attention to detail
  • Positive, forward-looking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing deadlines and take initiative
  • Confident with handling confidential and sensitive information; strong work ethic
  • Resistant to stress
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
