Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Project management support including creation and updated of project tracking and planning documents (e.g., SmartSheet, JIRA, Tableu, MS Power BI / Planner / Project / Excel) and headcount forecasting for small molecule drug development projects.

· Facilitate meetings, recording meeting minutes, track project timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

· Support for business process improvements including workflow diagrams, best practices, RACIs

· Create PowerPoint slide decks and Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and data visualization

· Compile, record and track pertinent data through computerized systems

· Track and perform basic analysis of information to support analytical development and operations

Qualifications:

· BS in technology or similar field

· 4-6 years of related work experience (2-3 years of PM experience)

· Familiarity with lab-based scientific principles and GMP regulations is a plus, but not required

· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Ideal candidate would possess:

· Experience with managing and coordinating data in a dynamic fast paced environment

· Initiative to identify and implement improvements to processes and workflows

· Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Suite, Power BI and Power Automate

· Experience with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

· Strong technical, analytical and communications skills

· Ability to learn new systems, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions and comply with company policies

Preferred, but not required

· PMP or other project management certification

· Understanding of biopharmaceutical industry

· Scientific background with experience working in laboratorie
