The Role

We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator at Eurofins Forensic Services. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Generation of invoices using in-house billing system (CLS)
• Upload of invoices to Shared Service Centre (SSC)
• Monitoring of Shared Accounts receivable mailboxes
• Sending remittances to SSC and assisting with cash allocation issues
• Sending customer statements and copy invoices as required
• Some credit control activities and responsible for smaller WDT accounts
• Close working with Finance team to maintain revenue reporting integrity
• Timely response to and resolution of internal and external Accounts Receivable queries
• Upload of invoices to customer portals. 

The Ideal Candidate

Required Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills:

• Minimum 2 years accounts experience
• Familiarity with a range of accounting systems (knowledge of Microsoft AX desirable, but not essential)
• Confident and professional stakeholder (internal and external) engagement and management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
