Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for production and analysis of RNA constructs and carrying out general bench work activities for the upstream process development group
Employees will be responsible for:
- Production and analysis of RNA constructs
- Carrying out general bench work activities for the upstream process development group
- Conducting small scale IVT experiments
- Receiving and managing samples
- Performing required analytical tests
- Processing the data and providing data summaries back to the responsible scientists.
- Providing support as part of an mRNA therapeutic process development team.
The candidate should have expertise/experience in :
- molecular biology/biochemistry with an emphasis on RNA/DNA biology/biochemistry concentration,
- qPCR
- ELISA
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or other related fields
- 2-4 years of relevant industrial experience

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO a are encouraged to apply.
