Job Description

Regular attendance and punctuality
Reviews and approves/rejects completed client laboratory reports and like records for
accuracy, traceability, and completeness. Evaluates addressed deficiencies for
clarification and for potential impact on compliance status. Works with staff to correct
any noted deficiencies/inconsistencies.
Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures (e.g.
CAPA, change controls, trainings, etc.)
Reviews protocols, procedures, data, reports, and other documents to ensure
accordance with specified regulatory requirements, protocol, and/or project plan,
methods, and SOPs.
Keeps supervisor informed of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities.
Learn new tasks and remember the processes associated with this role.
Ability to communicate with Scientific staff for resolving comments
Ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
Communicates effectively with client staff members
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below
are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required. Attention
to detail is a must for this position, you must be able to read and
comprehend SOPs/Methods/Protocols/Specification and apply that to
data/reports that will be reviewed.
Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in a relevant field such as
chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering,
pharmaceutical science, or other directly related field or degree with
comparable coursework is preferred. In some cases, comparable
demonstrated competence and experience in the relevant area may
be used to substitute in whole or in part for the Bachelor's degree.
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Dayton, NJ are encouraged to apply.
