Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

POSITION TITLE: Technical Lead

REPORTING TO: Senior Program Manager

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader with expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing solutions related to SharePoint and Power Platform and lead the other SharePoint and Power Platform resources from the Centre of Excellence collaboration team. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Team Lead: Lead the other SharePoint and Power Platform resources from the Center of Excellence Ccollaboration team.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and implement SharePoint and Power Platform solutions based on business requirements, leveraging best practices.
• SharePoint Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, and other SharePoint components to meet business needs.
• Expert knowledge on SharePoint, Power BI and other office 365 tool administration.
• Power Platform Development: Build and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI solutions, integrating them with Office 365 services and other systems as required.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SharePoint and Power Platform issues.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, policies, and procedures for SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SharePoint and Power Platform and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Technical Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role with hands-on experience in SharePoint, Power Platform, implementation, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Expertise in building Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions with integration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and content management processes.
  Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 Minimum 9- 12 years of IT Professional Experience

• Azure fundamentals.
• SharePoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified.
• Power Platform Developer Associate are a plus.
• Any program management or Agile methodology Certification is added value.
• Any Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification ITIL Foundation V4, Intermediate and expert are highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent English
